What's in A Name?

We are changemakers, starting with the name of our company.  In geology and related fields, strata is the plural of "stratum" which is generally one of a number of parallel layers that lie one upon another to form enormous thickness.  Does your agency feel like you have a layered and complex problem that you haven't been able to resolve? That is where we come in.

 

In other societal definitions, the word is occasionally used as a singular term and has sometimes meant the lowest economic strata consisting of the permanently unemployable.  We are completely going against the grain and not only employing the best and the brightest to help resolve client problems but also training others to become the best and the brightest.  Does your agency need highly skilled and trained professionals to meet your needs?
